Per Public Act 698 of 2002, the Wexford County Register of Deeds Office will be charging
the following fees for searches of their Land Records. The look-up fee for a search will
be .50 cents per year with a minimum charge of $5.00.

Lien Search (State, Federal, MESC, Judgement) $3.00 per search/per name

Email Convenience Fee $3.00
